Rutivite tablets come from Green Buckwheat flowers and leaves, a traditional source of Rutin, a flavonoid that's found its way into daily routines for generations. It's an easy one to make a habit of.

Swallow the tablets whole, or steep them as a tea if that suits you better; either way, each two-tablet serving gives you 1140mg of dried Green Buckwheat and 60mg of natural source Rutin. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Note: If you have a history of heart disease, blood clots, or are taking blood thinners, speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking Rutin supplements.

Ingredients: Green Buckwheat Powder, Bulking agents: (Di Calcium Phosphate, Calcium Carbonate), Rutin Powder, Alginic Acid, Anti-Caking Agent: (Magnesium Stearate).
