Thanks so much for your feedback — and we’re really glad to hear they’re helping. We know the tablets are on the larger side. We’re actually working on a new version that’s smaller, easier to take, and more affordable.

In the meantime, many customers find it easier to crush or chew the tablet and take it with yoghurt or mix it into a glass of water or juice. If you’re unsure about crushing, please check the label or ask a pharmacist first.
