Taste different

I can taste a HUGE difference between this and store bought honeys, the texture is very nice and the flavor is beautiful.
When i took my first spoonful it took care of my sore throat very quickly.

Iv just ordered more and I only take one spoonful a day and its very good at keeping me well and keeping sore throats and sickness away.

Before I ordered here I bought on Melora and didn't realise at first they had an expiration period of 2 weeks which meant it was jarred up possibly 4 years previous.

ManukaHoneyDirect.co.uk have like 4 to 5 years expiration periods and there 400 MGO is perfect for what I need 5 Stars all the way

Great value

First time I've used this company. The product is great value and the delivery service was excellent. Love the product, although a different consistency to what I've been used to. From an environmental point of view, the only thing I don't like is the fact it is in a plastic container.

The consistency is definitely a bit different when your honey is raw and truly unpasteurised — it’s all part of the charm of genuine Manuka!

We completely understand your concerns about plastic. While we’d love to offer glass, we’ve chosen PET1 plastic as it’s the most widely recycled and safest for shipping. Because we sea-freight our honey from New Zealand (never air-freight), it’s far less prone to damage in plastic — helping us reduce waste from breakages. The pots are also filled and sealed in New Zealand to meet strict government standards, ensuring authenticity and preserving the integrity of the honey right from the source.

What health benefits does the 400 MGO have?
Is it free postage for the UK?

We’re not able to make specific health claims about our Manuka honey. The 400 MGO rating simply refers to the naturally occurring level of methylglyoxal that has been independently tested in that batch. Many customers choose higher-MGO honeys based on personal preference and taste.

In terms of delivery, UK postage is £3.99 on orders under £45, and free on orders over £45. We are also moving to a free-postage model very soon 😊
