    Shipping and Delivery Details for Mainland UK:


    We've designed a range of shipping options tailored to your preferences:

    • Royal Mail Second Class Delivery:Arrives in 3-5 working days, priced at £3.99.
    • Royal Mail First Class Delivery: Delivered within 1-2 working days, available for £4.99.
    • Special Delivery Next Working Day: Costs £5.99. Place your order by 2pm Mon-Fri for same day dispatch. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

    Additionally, if your order exceeds £44.99, you're eligible for free shipping using Royal Mail Tracked Standard. To enhance your shipping experience for orders above £44.99:

    • Upgrade to Royal Mail First Class Delivery for only £0.99 extra. Receive your package within 1-2 working days.
    • Opt for Special Delivery Next Working Day by paying an extra £1.99.

    Keep in mind that deliveries to UK Highlands & Islands may require an extra 1-2 days.

    Returns & Refunds

    Hassle-Free Returns!

    We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's why we want to make our returns and refunds process as easy and convenient for you as possible.

    To start a return, you can contact us at or call our office at 01483 205431 to obtain a returns address. If you decide to return your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to do so for a full refund. We can only accept returned items that are unopened, unused, and in a saleable condition, so please ensure the item meets these criteria. You will need to arrange to return the parcel to our address, as we do not provide prepaid return labels.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a tracked or signed-for service with adequate insurance to cover the contents of the package, as we are unable to offer refunds for items that go missing in the post. Don't forget to include a copy of your original invoice and your returns number with your documentation.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    The easiest and quickest method to make sure you get what you want is to first return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.


    If you decide to return your purchase after delivery, you have 30 days to do so for a full refund, provided the item is in an unopened and sellable condition. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels.
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
