In the meantime, many customers find it easier to crush or chew the tablet and take it with yoghurt or mix it into a glass of water or juice. If you’re unsure about crushing, please check the label or ask a pharmacist first.

F. Lovelock Best ever
I have been taking them for over 6 months and I have been free from UTI. I take two a day one in the morning and one in the evening. I have always had problems swallowing tablets so I take them with a biscuit. This makes them easier to swallow. I would and have recommended these to my friends and to anyone suffering with uti problems
