Our D-Mannose come in tablet form, to take them you can swallow, chew, crush in water, or mix into yoghurt. Some customers break them in half to swallow more easily. They have a naturally sweet taste since they’re made from a natural sugar. If you prefer, we also offer a powder version here. The recommended dose is one tablet per day, with up to three if needed.

D-Mannose is a simple sugar molecule found naturally in fruits such as cranberries. The sugar can be used to help flush out the bacteria responsible for up to 90% of urinary tract infections.

Bacteria naturally exists in the digestive system, but if it enters the urinary tract, it can multiply and stick to the bladder wall, leading to urinary tract infection symptoms and discomfort. D-mannose can help by attracting bacteria and allowing it to be flushed out during urination. It acts as a prevention method when taken regularly and actively removes bacteria during an infection when taken at higher levels as a supplement.
