In the remote, pristine landscape of New Zealand's South Island, our bees spend six unhurried weeks turning Mānuka nectar into this rare Organic 400 MGO honey. This 250g jar is perfect for tonics, smoothies and warm tea, and works just as well in sweet or savoury recipes.

It is as close to freshly harvested as honey gets: never heat-treated, packed with living enzymes and phytonutrients, and independently tested to meet or exceed the Monofloral Mānuka Standard set by the New Zealand government. Triple-filtered and gently creamed for a rich, smooth taste straight from the spoon, we hope it helps you 'bee' your most vibrant self.

Every batch is also tested to meet or exceed the MPI Standard for authentic Monofloral Mānuka Honey and is certified free of glyphosate.

Good quality honey

I’ve bought the Wedderspoon Organic Raw Manuka Honey 400 MGO (250g) – Unpasteurised High Strength. It is a thick, rich slightly runny texture. I use it to heal recent very large scar following a surgery ( 4 weeks after surgery ) to help with the healing process and reduce dryness and scabs. It’s very effective. It smells really nice, strong. It is a fairly medicinal smell which I really like. The taste is nice too.
