Royal Jelly: Liquid or Powder, Which Should You Choose?

We're often asked whether Royal Jelly is better as a liquid or a powder. Here's an honest answer: it mostly comes down to preference.

Royal Jelly is the food source made exclusively for the Queen Bee, rich in amino acids and B vitamins. In its natural state it's a liquid, that's how the Queen Bee takes it, but both liquid and freeze-dried powder capsules are popular, well-regarded ways to take it.

Liquid: stays closer to its natural state, nothing removed in processing.
Powder: freeze-dried at source, easy to take, some people find it gentler on digestion.

Neither is meaningfully more effective than the other, so it really is just personal choice, whichever suits your routine.
