We're really sorry to hear that you're still experiencing headlice after using our Nature's Response Tea Tree What Nits! Scalp Rub. This product is usually very well reviewed, so we understand your frustration.

For particularly tricky cases where the lice are more resistant, we would suggest using our Tea Tree What Nits! Conditioner or the scalp rub in combination with a fine tooth headlice comb. Make sure to comb from the scalp to the ends in every section of the scalp to remove any eggs or lice. We recommend doing this process twice to be extra thorough. Our scalp rub should also help prevent any remaining eggs from surviving.
