To explain the mystery: we wanted to add a little something extra to your parcels as a thank you, but these particular Manuka drops only come in larger packs and are quite pricey, so as a small business, a couple of loose drops per parcel was really all we could manage. It wasn't meant to be inconsistent, just us trying to do something nice within what we could afford. I'm sorry if our warehouse missed one in your parcel too.

We're out of stock of the drops at the moment, so this won't come up again for now, but we'll keep your feedback in mind if we bring them back — either included properly every time or not at all.

Unfortunately, with the rising costs of sourcing and importing high quality Manuka honey all the way from New Zealand, we reached a point where we had no choice but to make an adjustment to continue being able to offer it at all. We're truly sorry that this has come as such a shock and we take full responsibility for not communicating that change better.
