We offer free standard shipping for orders over £44.99 in value. If your order doesn't meet this, a small delivery charge of £3.99 per order applies for UK mainland delivery. We're happy to accept returns of unused, unopened, and sellable items within 30 days of your original purchase. To initiate a return, you'll need to receive a returns number from us. Once your return is approved for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the processing time of banks, it may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
If you place your order before 2pm, we’ll make sure it is dispatched the same day, subject to item availability. Please note that orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and before 8am on Mondays will be shipped on Monday. Also, orders with next working day delivery service dispatched on Fridays will be delivered on Monday. We currently do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery services.

We either use them for packaging other orders or recycle them with approved recycling companies. Our cardboard boxes are recycled, and our plastic packing peanuts are biodegradable and compostable.
