    Absolutely! We're happy to take your order over the phone at no extra cost. Give us a call on 01483 205431 during our normal office hours, Monday to Friday from 9am - 5.30pm. If you need to place an order outside of these hours, simply leave us a message. We'll get back to you as soon as we're back in the office. However, don't forget that our website is open 24/7, 365 days a year! So you can also place your order online for your convenience, even during holidays.

We understand that the new banking regulations from March 2022 may not be suitable for everyone, so we're here to help process your payment in an alternative way. We are able to process your payment without the need for a one-time passcode or mobile app. But, rest assured, we never store any financial data, so your personal and financial information remains secure with us.

    Yes, absolutely! We offer the same special offers for our telephone orders as we do on our website. So, you'll never miss out on our best deals, no matter how you choose to place your order.

    In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we'll contact you to discuss your preferences. You can choose to wait for the item to return to stock or opt for a part shipment.

    Shipping & Returns

    We offer various shipping methods for you to choose from during checkout. Our standard delivery service usually takes 48-72 working hours for delivery.     We offer free standard shipping for orders over £44.99 in value. If your order doesn't meet this, a small delivery charge of £3.99 per order applies for UK mainland delivery. This is regardless of the quantity of items in your order. We also have expedited shipping options available for an additional supplement.     We use trusted shipping partners such as Royal Mail and DHL to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders. Our Royal Mail First Class, Second Class and Special Delivery Next Working Day services come with tracking services for your convenience and peace of mind.     We're happy to accept returns of unused, unopened, and sellable items within 30 days of your original purchase. To initiate a return, you'll need to receive a returns number from us. Failure to do so may result in your return not being accepted and your refund being delayed. Find detailed information about our returns process here.

    Once your return is approved for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the processing time of banks, it may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

    If you place your order before 2pm, we’ll make sure it is dispatched the same day, subject to item availability. Please note that orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and before 8am on Mondays will be shipped on Monday. Also, orders with next working day delivery service dispatched on Fridays will be delivered on Monday. We currently do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery services.

    At Manuka Honey Direct we're committed to limiting our impact on the environment. We recycle external packaging, such as boxes and plastic bits, from our suppliers. We either use them for packaging other orders or recycle them with approved recycling companies. Our cardboard boxes are recycled, and our plastic packing peanuts are biodegradable and compostable. We're constantly exploring more environmentally-friendly ways to deliver our goods, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition with no damages.


    Absolutely! Our website is fully secure. You can see the padlock symbol in the top left-hand side of your browser window, right next to our website URL. This means we have a website SSL security certificate accredited by an external third-party security company. This ensures that your payment processing is secure and your sensitive data (like your name and address) is safeguarded. Moreover, we do not store any financial data on your account. So your financial information is not accessible, even in the highly unlikely event of a security breach. We are proud to say that in the past decade since we started the business, we have never been attacked.

    We only store your information for transactional purposes, specifically related to your orders. We will store your name and address details on your account to make ordering more convenient for you. However, we will only contact you regarding your orders unless you have given us specific permission to do so. We do not share your data with third-party companies, unless it is necessary to process your order. For example, for our courier and mail service provider to deliver your package. We will always ask for your permission before sending you any relevant marketing promotions or newsletters. Any promotions will only be from our company and will not be passed on from other companies.
