    Absolutely! We're happy to take your order over the phone at no extra cost. Give us a call on 01483 205431 during our normal office hours, Monday to Friday from 9am - 5.30pm. If you need to place an order outside of these hours, simply leave us a message. We'll get back to you as soon as we're back in the office. However, don't forget that our website is open 24/7, 365 days a year! So you can also place your order online for your convenience, even during holidays.

    Returns & Cancellations

    If you decide to return your purchase after delivery, you have 30 days to do so for a full refund, provided the item is in an unopened, unused, and saleable condition.

We can only accept returned items that are unopened, unused, and in a saleable condition, so please make sure the item meets these criteria. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a tracked or signed-for service with adequate insurance to cover the contents of the package, as we are unable to offer refunds for items that go missing in the post.
